My Story

With over 30 years of fitness experience, I am PASSIONATE about sharing my knowledge.  I am an ACE certified Personal Trainer, with specializations in Fitness Nutrition, Weight Management, Senior Fitness, Orthopedic Exercise and Functional Training.  I am CPR, AED and First Aid certified.  In addition, I teach BOSU, TRX, Indoor Cycling, Circuit Training, Pump, Core, Battle Ropes, Agility Drills, GTS (Gravity Training System) and Myofascial Release and Stretch.

Eating healthfully and being physically fit is key to a healthy lifestyle.  I will motivate you to achieve goals that you may have never dreamed possible.  I work with clients of ALL ages and fitness levels.  I am encouraging, patient and I truly care about my clients.  Today is the day!
